Multifamily Holding Partners, LLC engages in the acquisition of multifamily apartment assets in the Northern part of the United States.

The Multifamily apartment sector is a separate and significant asset class— in addition to stocks, bonds and cash. It is an asset class that we believe our investors should not ignore because it can help to diversify and anchor a well-balanced portfolio.

We pursue apartment investments that offer opportunity for highly attractive returns; with the ultimate goal of providing our investors a competitive investment return while also striving to make a significant, positive economic and social impact in the areas where we choose to invest.

Our objective Is to offer Accredited Investors, to invest funds, that will provide secured quarterly or annual returns on their money.  We prefer investors to invest for the mid to long term (3 to 5 years) in order to take maximum advantage of interest compounding, equity participation and capital gains treatment.

Multifamily Holding Partners has formed a private discretionary investment fund to selectively purchase multifamily apartment assets that have potential for value creation through moderate improvements and/or new property & asset management. We identify undervalued multifamily properties which can be acquired at favorable purchase prices because of any number of issues, such as:

(i) above average economic vacancy,
(ii) weak property management,
(iii) deferred maintenance,
(iv) inefficient utility structures, or,
(v) cumbersome existing financing.

Exit Strategy:
After 3-5 years of stabilization we will sell the property for profit.

This is the first of many planned fund offerings; and as a shareholder you participate in potential monthly cash flow and profits on resale.
