Partner
Responsible for acquisitions and
investment strategy. Maurice Nusom established and
heads Multifamily Holding Partners exclusively as an Apartment Building
& Complex investment company. Maurice's leadership will bring the
company expansion plans to ongoing growth and prosperity. His strengths
are in locating properties that offer excellent opportunities for the
company and its partners, financial analysis of each property, and
securing entitlements when the company expands into developing Apartment
buildings. Prior to Residential Holding Partners, Maurice established
years of experience in carpentry and rehabbing residential properties.

consulting firm, Mr. Van Liew has financed and managed real estate

Prior to KJV
Development, Mr. Van Liew served as Vice President, Davis & Partners,
Project Executive, Lehrer McGovern Bovis and Project Manager for the
LeFrak Organization spearheading the real estate development, finance
and construction business for over 25 years.
Mr. Van Liew is a real estate development and business systems expert.
